Who we are

JEA Productions (Pty) Ltd, registration 2025/233512/07, registered in South Africa and working with businesses in the United Kingdom. The two directors, Jacques du Plessis and Angelique Henneke, are responsible for your data. Write to hello@jeaproductions.co.za about anything on this page.

What this site collects

The contact form. Your name, company, email address and message are sent to us by email and kept in that mailbox for as long as we are talking to you, then deleted on request. The form also records the sending address of your connection for one hour to stop automated abuse; nothing else is stored.

Booking a call. The calendar is Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google handles that booking under its own privacy policy; we see the name, email and time you enter.

Cookies and analytics. The site runs Google Analytics 4 (cookie _ga) so we can see which pages get read and whether the calendar and the form get used, and the Meta pixel (cookie _fbp) so we can measure our own advertising. Neither is set until you accept the notice at the bottom of the page; if you decline, Google receives anonymous, cookieless counts only and the Meta pixel does not load at all. IP addresses are anonymised. Your choice is remembered on your device and you can change it by clearing site data.

Server logs. Our host keeps standard access logs (address, page, time, browser) for security, for a limited period, as every web host does.

Why we use it

To answer you and, if you become a client, to do the work. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the two of us and the tools we need to reply to you (email and calendar).

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and South Africa's POPIA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email hello@jeaproductions.co.za and it is done within a month, usually the same week. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the South African Information Regulator.

Client work

Marketing clients give us access to advertising and booking accounts to run their campaigns. That data belongs to the client, stays inside their accounts, and is covered by the agreement we sign with them, not by this page.
