JEA PRODUCTIONS | SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT

1. Investment & Billing To ensure dedicated resource allocation, all project fees are payable prior to project kick-off. For larger custom infrastructure builds, a 50% commencement deposit may be arranged at our discretion. Monthly Growth Retainers are billed in advance on the 1st of each month to secure media buying capacity.

2. Project Timelines Our standard turnaround for digital assets is 4–10 business days, contingent on clear instructions and prompt feedback. We prioritize technical precision and strategic alignment over rushed delivery. You will be provided with a specific delivery date upon invoice generation.

3. Iterative Refinement (Revisions) Our process includes two (2) rounds of strategic refinement to ensure the final output aligns perfectly with your vision. Any additional iterations outside the original scope or brief will be billed at our standard hourly rate (R550/hr).

4. Priority Expediting (Rush Orders) Projects requiring a timeline shorter than our standard SLA are subject to a “Rush Fee” to accommodate the reallocation of internal resources. This ensures your project receives immediate priority without compromising the quality of execution.

5. Asset Submission Project timelines commence only once all required assets (Logos, Copy, Brand Guidelines, Access) have been received. We cannot begin architecture or design without these materials. Delays in asset submission will automatically result in a rescheduled delivery date.

6. Cancellation Policy In the event of project cancellation by the client after work has commenced, a “Kill Fee” covering all man-hours utilized to date will be deducted from the deposit or payment. Monthly Retainer cancellations require 30 days’ written notice to allow for the off-boarding of media campaigns.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership Upon final settlement of all accounts, full ownership rights to the final digital assets are transferred to the Client. JEA Productions retains the right to utilize the work for portfolio, case studies, and self-promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to commencement.

8. Communication Standards To maintain project velocity, we request that feedback be consolidated and provided within 48 hours of a draft submission. Delays in feedback may impact the final delivery timeline.
