Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order. By working with Jea Productions, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments

– Full payment is required before any design or production work begins.
– Deposits are only accepted by special arrangement and must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Project Timelines

– Design projects typically take 4–10 business days depending on complexity and demand.
– Production of physical items also takes 4–10 business days after final approval of the design.
– You will be informed of your specific timeline when your invoice is issued.

3. Revisions

– Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
– Exchanges are not always permitted.

4. Rush Orders

– Rush orders may be available depending on availability and item type.
– Rush fees will be quoted separately where applicable.

5. Client Responsibilities

– Clients must provide all necessary content, such as logos, text, and product details, before production can begin.
– Any delays in providing information may impact the final delivery date.

6. Communication

– Clients are asked to respond to approval or feedback requests within 48 hours to keep projects on schedule.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

– No full refunds will be issued once work has begun.
– Partial refunds may be considered only if no design work or sourcing has been completed.

8. Ownership & Delivery

– Final designs will be delivered digitally via email or shared download link after full payment is received.
– Source files can be provided upon request, depending on the project scope.

9. Portfolio Use

– Jea Productions reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
